Sometimes, no matter how people comfort me when I feel down or angry, it doesn't really help.
Because most of the times, I am actually mad at myself for not doing good enough, for being able to make the situations better but didn't.
I think the way to cheer myself up is always to do better and care better.
Feeling good from the bottom of heart doesn't come from others' comforting words, but the action to change.
And change, is never easy.
Thus, happy becomes not that easy too when I screwed things up.
Change, change, change!
